Can a camera really tell if my customers are happy?+

A camera cannot reliably reveal someone’s private emotions or satisfaction. HappyPulse estimates visible atmosphere and customer-area conditions, such as circulation, queues, activity, and space presentation. Scores are experimental.

Do I need to buy new cameras?+

The current demo works with uploaded MP4, MOV, and WebM recordings. Connections to compatible existing CCTV systems are planned for Phase 2. Compatibility will depend on the supported installation.

Can I try it with my own recording?+

Yes. You can upload authorized customer-area footage up to 200 MB, 15 minutes, and 1920 × 1080. Real analysis is available when the deployment has AI access configured. Audio is ignored.

What happens to my uploaded footage?+

Uploads are private to your anonymous session and expire within 24 hours. You can request early deletion from the demo. Only selected frames are sent to OpenAI after masking and detected-face blurring. Face detection can miss faces, and third-party retention may apply.

Can I compare multiple locations?+

Multi-location dashboards, historical analytics, and continuous camera monitoring are planned for the business platform. The current demo analyzes a single uploaded recording.

How much does HappyPulse cost?+

Commercial pricing has not been announced. Join the early-access list to hear about the pilot and upcoming availability. The public demo is intended to include a limited free analysis allowance.
